Most issues are resolved through our complaints process. Please give us a chance to put things right before starting formal proceedings.
Mediation
Where appropriate we will consider mediation or another Alternative Dispute Resolution process. Details will be shared if we cannot resolve the matter directly.
Law and jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
