Collect from Our Store

Click & Collect is available on selected in-stock products, including garden tools, compost, fertilisers, lawn care products, planters, watering equipment, and other gardening essentials.

Most orders are prepared within 2 hours during our opening hours. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

How It Works

  1. Add your chosen products to your basket.

  2. Select Click & Collect during checkout.

  3. There is no delivery charge for collection orders.

  4. You'll receive an email confirming when your order is ready.

  5. Visit our store with your order confirmation and a valid form of identification.

  6. Our team will assist with larger items where possible.

How Long We'll Hold Your Order

We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from the date you receive your collection notification.

If you're unable to collect within this period, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to arrange an extension where practical.

Can I Cancel My Collection Order?

Yes. You may cancel your Click & Collect order at any time before collection and receive a full refund.

Once your order has been collected, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Assistance with Larger Items

If you're collecting larger or heavier products, our team will be happy to assist with loading where possible.

To ensure a smooth collection, we recommend checking that your vehicle has sufficient space before arriving.

If you have any questions about the size or weight of a product, please contact us before collection.
