Order Cancellation Policy

At SG Garden Supplies, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when you can cancel, how to request a cancellation, and how refunds are processed.

Before Your Order Is Dispatched

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

After Your Order Has Been Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.

Returned items must generally be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

Special Order & Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be specially ordered or customised for customers.

These may include:

  • Supplier special-order items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Customised products

  • Products manufactured to customer specifications

These orders may be cancelled before they have been confirmed with our supplier.

Once production or supplier processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and any payments made may become non-refundable.

Click & Collect Orders

If you selected Click & Collect, you may cancel your order at any time before collection for a full refund.

If your order has already been prepared for collection, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist.

If We Need to Cancel Your Order

In rare circumstances, SG Garden Supplies may cancel an order if:

  • A product becomes unavailable.

  • A pricing or product information error is identified.

  • Payment verification or security checks cannot be completed.

  • Circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling your order.

If we cancel your order, you'll be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days after your cancellation has been confirmed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
